My wife and I recently hired Rich Bennett for a flooring project at our 3-bedroom condo in Bradenton and we could not be more pleased! I was really impressed with his exceptional work ethic. From start to finish - he arrived at our place punctually, moved all appliances as needed (washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove), removed all old ceramic tile, baseboards, a toilet and vanity in one day! He installed new luxury vinyl tile in two days (around 500 square feet total). He finished the job with baseboard installation and touch-ups in a half day. Our new floor completely transformed the look of our condo. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of his work, his professional attitude, courteous demeanor and reasonable price.
